Privacy Notice — Enki Agentic Limited

Enki Agentic Limited (PO Box 12547, Wellington, New Zealand; privacy@enkiagentic.com) is the agency collecting personal information through our property report and alerts service.

What we collect and why

When you request a free property dossier, we collect your name, email address and (optionally) phone number, your property address, your answers to short property questions, and your consent choices. We use this to prepare and send the report you requested and, if you opt in, to send you property value updates, street sale alerts and market news. Providing your details is voluntary — without them we cannot deliver the report.

Who sees your information

Enki Agentic Limited. Your details are shared with real-estate agents only if you separately opt in to an agent introduction later. We use service providers to store data and send email; they process information only on our instructions.

Property data

Address, capital value, sale history and tenure information shown in your dossier is derived from public records (LINZ, council rating values, publicly notified sales) and applies to the property, not to you personally as a viewer.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and to correct it (IPPs 6–7). Email privacy@enkiagentic.com and we will respond within 20 working days.

Marketing messages

The report or alerts you requested are delivered without marketing consent. Marketing emails are sent only where you ticked the marketing opt-in at the point of collection (Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007). Every marketing email identifies us and includes a functional unsubscribe; unsubscribes are honoured within 5 working days.

Storage and security

Information is stored on protected infrastructure with access limited to Enki Agentic staff. We keep consent records (timestamp, wording shown) to evidence your choices.
